About Lula Bau GmbH
Lula Bau GmbH is a Berlin-based family business with roots dating back to 1996. We deliver every demolition trade from a single source – with our own equipment fleet, from mini excavators to long-reach machines. As a member of the German Demolition Association (DA), we stand for the highest quality and safety standards on every project. We plan every job around the local conditions – from the demolition permit through hard-to-access courtyard sites to clean, sorted disposal. That way we carry out demolition work in Berlin and the surrounding region on schedule and fully documented – from a detached single-family house to large-scale projects.
