What does a container cost?
The price depends on container size, waste type and rental period. Pure rubble is cheaper than mixed or bulky waste because it can be recycled cleanly. A fixed price including delivery, pickup and disposal is binding.

What does a container cost?
The price depends on container size, waste type and rental period. Pure rubble is cheaper than mixed waste or bulky waste because it can be recycled cleanly. After a brief description of waste type and volume you receive a transparent fixed price including delivery, pickup and disposal.
Which container size do I need?
For smaller renovations and limited volumes a skip (approx. 3–10 m³) is enough; for gutting, demolition and large volumes a roll-off container (approx. 10–40 m³) is recommended. We help you estimate the volume realistically.
Do I need a permit for the container?
Not on your own property. If the container is to stand on public road or pavement, a special-use permit is required in Berlin. On request we arrange this for you so the placement is legally compliant.
What waste may I put in?
Depending on the container ordered: rubble, mixed construction waste, soil, bulky waste, wood or green waste. It is important not to mix the container. Hazardous materials such as asbestos require separate, professional disposal.
Can I combine container and demolition?
Yes. For gutting, demolition or remediation we handle container, loading and disposal in one go – all from a single source, so you don't have to coordinate several providers and the rubble is recycled properly right away.
