Complete Removal vs Backfilling
Complete removal is more expensive but allows full site reuse including new construction. Partial demolition with backfilling is the budget-friendly option but may experience settling and is not suitable for building on.
Filling Materials
A typical pool (8x4x1.5m) requires 35–45 m³ of fill material. Recycled aggregate costs 10–18 €/m³, while frost protection gravel costs 25–40 €/m³.
