Concrete Demolition in Berlin and Brandenburg

Lula Bau GmbH is your specialist for concrete demolition in Berlin and Brandenburg. Concrete and reinforced concrete are among the most demanding materials in deconstruction: massive, often reinforced and requiring the right technique and machinery.

Depending on the component and surroundings we use hydraulic hammers, demolition and concrete shears, concrete saws and core drilling. In sensitive areas we work with low-vibration methods. We separate the steel reinforcement from the concrete so both fractions can be recycled cleanly.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What does concrete demolition cost?

Costs depend on the type of concrete (reinforced or plain), volume, accessibility and disposal or recycling. Reinforced concrete is more involved than plain concrete, and tight or vibration-sensitive locations require special methods. You receive a binding fixed-price quote after an on-site inspection.

Can you also demolish reinforced concrete?

Yes. We break reinforced concrete with hydraulic hammers and concrete/demolition shears and separate the steel reinforcement from the concrete. The steel is recycled as scrap and the concrete processed as RC material.

Is low-vibration concrete demolition possible?

Yes. In sensitive areas we rely on cutting methods such as concrete sawing, core drilling and shears instead of large-scale breaking, limiting vibration and dust. If needed, we accompany the work with vibration monitoring.

What happens to the concrete rubble?

Concrete rubble is largely recycled. After separating the reinforcement, the concrete can be processed into RC material and reused in earthwork and civil engineering, saving landfill volume and cost.

Do you also remove single foundations or slabs?

Yes. We handle both individual components – such as an old foundation, a slab or a concrete wall – and concrete demolition as part of a full demolition. For smaller tasks we tailor the machinery and workflow to keep it economical for you.
